Welcome! You’ve found this space now because on some level you are ready to begin your personal transformation. My offer to each client is training in mindful living and stress management.
I teach techniques that are available to people of all ages and backgrounds. The methods taught in my courses are sustainable and empowering for both personal growth and create meaningful interactions within the communities in which students engage. Classes are offered for individuals as well as groups both in-person and online.
My mission is to teach as many people as possible how to handle life in a continuously evolving and mindful manner. Learning mediation techniques empowers us with the ability to navigate all of life’s changes with sensitivity and grace creating a better world as we go.
